Description: Recovery Act – The objective of this project is to improve fish passage and other aquatic species access on Billy Creek within the Elk Creek Watershed on both public and private lands through the replacement of worn or otherwise undersized culverts. These replacement culverts will also provide for better hydrologic flow during peak storm events. Funding for this project is provided by the American Receovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to promote economic recovery and environmental protection.
