The applicant must be able to furnish the nonfederal cost share and be able to assume the operation and maintenance of the project upon completion of construction.

Description: The Mid‐Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) intends to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) for Cooperative Agreements for the following program: Title XVI Recycled Water Feasibility Study under the authority of Public Law 102‐575, Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act of 1992, Title XVI, as amended. This FOA is being posted under Catalog for Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.504, Water Reclamation and Reuse Program. BOR proposes to provide financial assistance to support Title XVI pre‐construction planning activities, including conducting of a Title XVI feasibility study and preparation of a Title XVI feasibility report as prescribed in the Reclamation Manual Directives and Standards WTR 11‐01.
