NOFO goals are to:• Support, update, and improve the CKD Surveillance System in the United States https://nccd.cdc.gov/CKD/ (Component A), and• Support, update, and enhance the currently functional and interactive website application of the CKD Surveillance System https://nccd.cdc.gov/CKD/ (Component B). The recipients will have access to the current documentation and existing data in the system. |
