The CDFI Fund’s Fiscal Year 2024 CDFI Program offers two types of awards designed to strengthen Community Development Financial Institutions. Base-FA awards, up to $2 million, are available for Certified CDFIs to enhance their financial capacity, enabling increased lending to eligible and target markets. Additionally, Technical Assistance (TA) grants, up to $300,000, support both Certified and Emerging CDFIs in building their organizational capacity to effectively serve their respective eligible and target markets. This program aims to bolster the ability of these institutions to provide vital financial services and support economic development in underserved communities.
