The CISE Department is offering the Computing Research Infrastructure (CRI) grant, which aims to drive discovery and learning in computing disciplines. This grant supports the creation, enhancement, and operation of world-class computing research infrastructure. A key objective is to ensure that individuals from diverse academic institutions, including minority-serving and predominantly undergraduate institutions, have access to such resources. The CRI program offers two types of awards: Institutional Infrastructure (II) awards support new or enhanced infrastructure at awardee and collaborating institutions for world-class research and education. Community Infrastructure (CI) awards focus on planning, creating, or enhancing infrastructure to benefit broadly-based communities of researchers and educators extending beyond the immediate awardee institutions.
