The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to exercise options under existing PTA cooperative agreements. This announcement does not commit the Government to exercise an option. The decision to exercise an option will be made on a program-by-program basis, taking into consideration compliance with the terms of the cooperative agreement, performance, program execution goals, and the availability of funds. Section VIII of the SCAA explains the option application process and you should refer to it for guidance. Refer to the letter provided to you by the Grants Officer for additional information. Your complete application must be submitted by the time specified by the Grants Officer. Please direct any questions or concerns regarding this application process to the DLA Office of Small Business Programs at PTAP@dla.mil.
