The Department of Defense (DoD) is offering the Multidisciplinary Research Program of the University Research Initiative (MURI) grant for U.S. higher education institutions. This grant is for supporting basic science and engineering research relevant to DoD interests, specifically focusing on multidisciplinary efforts that bridge traditional scientific and engineering disciplines. The program seeks to address critical concerns for national security by investing in fundamental knowledge and understanding without immediate specific applications.
