Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)
Additional Information on Eligibility: Eligibility to apply for grants: Limited to Indian tribes and tribal organizations that are Tribal TANF grantees and administer a Tribal TANF program as of the date of publication of the FOA. These entities include Native American tribal governments (federally recognized Indian tribes), Alaska Native regional nonprofits, and consortia of federally recognized tribes. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.

To improve case management for families eligible for assistance from a Tribal TANF program;2. For suppportive services and assistance to tribal children in out-of-home placements and the tribal families caring for such children, including families who adopt such children;3. For prevention services and assistance to tribal families at risk of child abuse and neglect.
