The General Section provides overall guidance and direction to applicants regarding HUD’s Policy Priorities and their relationship to HUD’s Strategic Goals as stated in the Department’s Strategic Plan for FY2010-2015. For detailed information on HUD’s Strategic Plan for FY2010-2015 visit HUD’s website. HUD’s Strategic Plan for FY2010-2015 and HUD’s Policy Priorities set forth a roadmap of actions to help transform communities through the implementation of HUD’s programs.
