This grant, offered by the Department of State’s Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs (EB), is for proposals that provide unique, sustainable, and technically sound approaches to inform Maghreb officials and educators about community college and vocational training curricula. The initiative aims to enhance economic security by empowering education professionals from Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, and Tunisia. This will be accomplished through a U.S. delegation of education experts and subsequent follow-up activities. Eligible applicants include U.S. non-profit/non-governmental organizations, higher education institutions, and Maghreb-based NGOs. Proposals must feature regional experts. The initial performance period is 12 months, supporting EB’s mission to foster international economic cooperation and prosperity.
