Additional Information on Eligibility: | Only the following state egg regulatory programs will be eligible to apply:Current FDA egg inspection contract states or those willing to enter into a contract in 2025 are eligible to apply for funding under this cooperative agreement. Entering into this agreement will also require a current long-term 20.88 information sharing agreement and the expectation of full conformance with the standards and maintenance of the cooperative agreement.The FDA will provide one year of funding with the possibility of up to two years of additional non-competitive support, contingent on performance and continued availability of federal funds. For ERPS, it is anticipated that full conformance of the ERPS will be achieved within five total funding years under an ERPS Cooperative Agreement, based on an FDA assessment of your program to ensure the elements are in conformance. States that have received funding in previous years are expected to be in full conformance and maintenance phase by the end of the 5th year. Future funds may be available for states maintaining full conformance. Foreign OrganizationsNon-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Organizations) are not eligible to apply.Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed. |
