The HHS Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD) is offering the FY 2010 Help America Vote Act (HAVA) Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) grant. This funding assists Protection and Advocacy Systems (P&As) in improving voting access for individuals with disabilities.
