Description: This is NOT a request for applications. This is just an announcement that an award has been made to LHVA for their work in the Lackawanna Valley Heritage Area. Specifically, the LHVA agrees to:
1. Implement the Management Plan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Legislation as described in the attached work plan and budget.

2. Conduct public meetings at least semi-annually regarding the implementation of the Management Plan.

3. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.

4. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval.
