The goal is to increase the number of no-cost educational opportunities for State and local practitioners in forensic science disciplines, as well as to provide forensic science training to other relevant State and local criminal justice partners. This solicitation also seeks proposals for the development and delivery of forensic digital evidence training to State and local law enforcement. How to Apply: Applications will be submitted through OJPs Grants Management System (GMS). GMS is a Web-based, data-driven computer application that provides cradle to grave support for the application, award and management of grants at OJP. Applicants should begin the process immediately to meet the GMS registration deadline, especially if this is the first time they have used the system.
