The Office of Citizen Exchanges (ECA) is offering this cooperative agreement for the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program, which aims to promote mutual understanding between the United States and Eurasia. This grant is for qualified public and private nonprofit organizations to manage host family and school placements for Eurasian high school students participating in the FLEX program during the 2013-14 academic year. Selected students will live in American society, fostering cultural exchange. Recipients will be responsible for identifying host schools, and vetting, selecting, and monitoring host families, as well as placing and overseeing a portion of the students to ensure a successful cross-cultural experience.
