The Office of Community Services (OCS) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is offering this grant to develop an enhanced nationwide training and technical assistance strategy. This grant aims to support community-level financial management and administrative governance among entities eligible for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program. This one-year grant will address critical needs through a national technical assistance strategy focused on three key areas. Firstly, it provides organizational stabilization and support for CSBG entities facing significant fiscal or organizational challenges. Secondly, it fosters capacity development to ensure high-quality program management as eligible entities adapt to evolving community needs. Lastly, this grant promotes exemplary practices by identifying and disseminating successful service models that reduce poverty, revitalize low-income communities, and empower individuals towards self-sufficiency. Resources may fund direct technical assistance and an enhanced infrastructure for long-term support to the Community Action Network.
