Additional Information on Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Be either a U.S. cooperative or an organization with substantial membership and/or financial links to recognized U.S. cooperatives and/or their associations.

2. Demonstrate a track record of not less than five years in the planning, management, monitoring and evaluation of overseas cooperative development programs.

Note: Applications from U.S. and non-U.S. cooperatives will be considered if they include evidence of a binding agreement with an eligible CDO.

This support has contributed to promoting and strengthening the policies, systems, techniques and skills that enable these organizations to serve their constituents and, by so doing, to contribute to development priorities.
