Through this Funding Opportunity Announcement, as supported by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the Advanced Energy Manufacturing and Recycling Grant Program will support projects by small- and medium-sized manufacturing firms to establish new or re-equip or expand existing industrial facilities in eligible energy communities to produce or recycle advanced energy property.

Topic Area 1: In conjunction with the eligibility requirements set forth in the FOA, the objective of this topic area is to build a new manufacturing or recycling facility for the production or recycling, as applicable, of advanced energy property.
