A. ORABIT agrees to: 1. Implement the Management Plan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Legislation as described in Attachment A – FY 2018 Work Plan and Budget. 2. Conduct public meetings at least annually regarding the implementation of the Management Plan. 3. Include units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations in the implementation of their management plan. 4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including the National Historic Preservation Act. |
