Description:

Cooperative effort for specialized transportation at the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) 133 facility, now known as the Mark Center Facility, and the Pentagon Reservation.

Objective is to provide Transportation between the Mark Center, the Pentagon, and the City of Alexandria, VA. This will be awarded by the City of Alexandria DASH 102X Shuttle and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) 7M Shuttle routes.

 

A minimum of four 102X Express trips per hour in both directions will be provided between Mark Center and King Street Metro during weekday peak periods. This will provide an Express trip every 15 minutes in each direction on average.

• Peak Periods are defined as 6:00am to 9:00am and 3:00pm to 6:00pm on weekdays.

• BRAC 133 at Mark Center employees will no longer need to present identification to board for free.

• 102X buses will continue to be available to the general public.
