This TCUP grant is dedicated to empowering Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) by providing essential financial assistance for their growth and community outreach. The primary purpose is to help TCUs significantly improve their physical infrastructure, enabling them to build, expand, renovate, and properly equip their educational facilities. Beyond physical development, this grant also aims to broaden the pivotal role of TCUs within their respective communities. This involves establishing and expanding vital services, including comprehensive health programs, effective job training initiatives, and robust economic development activities, ultimately contributing to the holistic advancement and self-sufficiency of tribal populations.
