ADDENDUMQUESTION: According to the NOFO, the “Development of high-tech computer or communications software and/or hardware” is not allowed. Does this apply to adopting and enhancing an existing web-based anti-corruption software application?

ANSWER: The proposal review panel will evaluate whether adoption and enhancement of an existing web-based anti-corruption software application addresses the overall goal, objectives, and outcomes outlined in the NOFO. It may be funded if the proposal review panel determines it to be relevant and appropriate.
