Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to the University of Arkansas at Monticello to provide technical and personal support to National Wildlife Refuges under the Gulf Coast Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit under CESU Agreement Number 401814J02-3. The FWS is not receiving proposals for this funding. CESUs are partnerships that provide research, technical assistance and education.
