This NOFO invites applications for a National Coordinating Center (NCC) to provide support and guidance to AHRQs Healthcare Extension Service: State-based Solutions to Healthcare Improvement (Healthcare Extension Service). The NCC will provide a wide range of services in 4 main areas: 1) technical assistance, 2) learning networks, 3) communications and dissemination, and 4) leadership and project management.
