The cooperative agreement will be awarded pursuant to 7 U.S.C. § 2814 Federal Noxious Weed Act of 1974.
The recipient for this cooperative agreement must be a state department of agriculture, or other state agency or political subdivision thereof, responsible for the administration or implementation of undesirable plants laws of a state. |
