Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
Additional Information on Eligibility: In order for an NGO to work in Tunisia there are two options:

Option 1: They will open a local branch. In this case they need to register and the process would take from one month to four months.

Option 2: They hire local consultants or they partner with a local association that would actually implement the project in this case they do not need to register.
