Additional Information on Eligibility: | The following organizations are eligible to apply:
• State Government – (State Workforce Agencies) – SWAs in the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Among the eligible applicants listed above, SWAs planning to apply for the $1,000,000 award that received a Round V WDQI grant (FOA/DFA PY-15-06) or received two rounds of funding through WDQI are ineligible to apply for this opportunity. An SWA is eligible to apply for the super grant ($2,700,000 award) regardless of whether the SWA has received previous rounds of WDQI funding, as long as the SWA currently has a comprehensive longitudinal administrative database (LP3) and is positioned to integrate an external data system into its longitudinal administrative database. States proposing to design/develop new databases are ineligible to apply for this opportunity. See FOA for complete details. |
