The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) is offering this grant to fund research. This grant is for developing and assessing evidence-based methods for contact theory application within DRL projects and the broader Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) sector. DRL aims to build an evidence portfolio, identifying effective democracy and human rights program strategies.
