The U.S. Department of State’s U.S. Embassy Islamabad announces an open competition for one assistance award through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), contingent on funding availability, through the Public Diplomacy Grants Program. The grantee will implement a program to empower young Pakistani citizens to actively engage in democratic society. Competitive proposals should outline substantive components of skills-training workshops in Pakistan that will help participants develop the necessary leadership skills, commitment to community service, and stakeholder networks to contribute to the betterment of their communities and country.
