Additional Information on Eligibility: | Grant activities will only be funded in the provinces south of and including Thua Thien Hue. All first-time grantees requesting under $25,000 must include the following: 1. Grant proposal form including Budget Detail using our suggested template. 2. Standard Forms SF 424, SF424 A and 424B. 3. A DUNS number. All grantees who have previously received a U.S. Government grant OR are requesting more than $25,000 must additionally submit: 1. Proof of SAM and NCAGE registration. All applicants must submit proposals via email to HCMCGrants@state.gov. |
