The U.S. Embassy invites Moldovan nongovernmental organizations to submit project proposals to the Program for Receiving Digital TV Broadcasts for acquisition and distribution of digital TV receivers to targeted households to ensure digital broadcast TV in Moldova reaches the widest possible audience. The U.S. Embassy seeks qualified organizations that can prove their competency in organizing the hereby described project in the most efficient way. Proposals need to include detailed and realistic implementation plan on reaching the objectives and proposed priorities, specific activities and partner organizations. This funding opportunity is authorized by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961. A complete application must contain the following mandatory elements:
