Priority countries include Haiti, Libya, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea, and one region Coastal West Africa, including Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, and Togo. As part of this initiative to prevent conflicts and promote stability in Togo, the U.S. Embassy in Lomé, Togo, through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), is pleased to announce an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a program to reinforce the organizational and functional capabilities of the CIPLEV. A grant for up to $250,000 U.S. Dollars (USD) in FY 2022 Public Diplomacy Funds will be awarded (pending availability of funds) for work that will support program objectives in section A.2. The period of performance is one (01) year. Funding authority rests in Global Fragility Act (Preventing and reducing violence in fragile states) |
