Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Mississippi State University for the purpose of providing educational opportunities for MSU Forest Management and natural resource students, while providing needed forestry and wildlife management information, which will directly aid in the preparation, administration and oversight of sales of excess forest products while creating needed beneficial wildlife habitat on Service owned properties in the Southeast Region of the Fish and Wildlife Service.
