Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Longleaf Alliance, Inc., who has Unique Qualifications.The Recipient is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based on a variety of demonstrable factors such as voluntary support capacity, cost-sharing ability, past performance, and technical expertise.Funds under this award are to be used to facilitate the restoration of the longleaf pine ecosystem on private lands in Alabama for the benefit of federal trust resources. Longleaf pine restoration projects will be implemented in a 3-way partnership with the Longleaf Alliance, Fish and Wildlife Service, and private landowners in Alabama.
