Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Delaware University to implemented in order to provide general assistance for field projects and research, as well as data entry and management for activities led by the Panama City Field Office of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and provide support for ongoing Gulf sturgeon research associated with natural areas and resources adjacent to, or contained within the property of Eglin Air Force Base.
