Description: Opportunity to partner with the San Bernard National Wildlife Refuge to develop and construct a public use area, including 2 miles of trails, a waterless restroom facility, access facilities, and an environmental education pavilion at the Dow Wood Unit of San Bernard National Wildlife Refuge. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will provide oversight, including design and all project specifications for the trails, restroom, pavilion structure, access routes, accessible parking, signage, and tables.

The partner will provide or contract for the construction of the waterless restroom facility, a 0.9 mile accessible trail, and a 1.2 mile aggregate trail with associated amenities, and an environmental education pavilion.
