Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Conservancy to serve as the primary negotiator while also providing the necessary technical support and due diligence for the acquisition and donation back to the Refuge of an + 235 acre parcel located within the upper reaches of the Waccamaw National Wildlife Refuge (Refuge) acquisition boundary.
