Specific objectives of the agreement are to provide temporary employment and training to Tribal members to support hatchery operations; to maintain communications and consultation between the Service and the Quinault Nation and to recognize the Nation’s ownership and management of lands, roads, and waters within the boundaries of the Quinault Indian Reservation relating to TERO.
