Additional Information on Eligibility: There is not an application process for the Development of Water Resources Inventories & Assessments project. This is a notice to award the University of California, Davis a single source agreement of $80,000 under justification 505 DM 2.14 (B4).

Agency Name: Fish and Wildlife Service
Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) desires to work with a vendor able to assist with the development of water resources inventories and assessments related to National Wildlife Refuges. The project will include identifying and characterizing water resources on and near refuge lands with relevance to refuge management, development of methods and a process for efficient data storage and database entry and use inventoried water resources information to provide an assessment of water resources threats and needs and provide recommendations to address these issues. Substantial involvement on the part of the USFWS is anticipatd for the successful completion of the objectives to be funded for this project. The USFWS intends to work jointly with the partners to develop data inventory methods, test methods on pilot Refuges and use inventoried data to determine critical data gaps and recommendations to address water issues on refuge lands. The award of contracts, modificaitons, or change orders and performance of all work on projects shall be exclusively within the control of the Government.
