This would involve, 1. Identifying and describing important factors regarding cost, bias, accuracy, precision, implementation and use of the current migratory bird subsistence harvest survey. 2. Developing and evaluating of alternative approaches and designs for a migratory bird subsistence harvest surveys, and 3. Recommending a preferred alternative that best meets survey objectives. |
