The USGS PCMSC research group will provide expertise in marine geology and geophysics to ensure effective collaboration with a CESU partner to study the seafloor geology, shallow substrate, and the influence of shallow geohazards (e.g., earthquakes, submarine landslides, and seabed fluid seeps) on benthic habitats along the offshore continental margin. |
