Proposed programs should focus on sustained outreach, strategic communications, and professional engagement that reinforce alumni connections to the U.S. Mission, the American people, and promote shared prosperity, economic cooperation, and strengthening of long-term bilateral ties. Activities should build on lessons learned, foster network growth, and highlight the continued relevance of U.S. values and expertise across Kazakhstan.
