UHVNHA agrees to:

1. Complete and implement the management plan in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the legislation as described in Attachment A-FY13 Workplan and Budget.
2. Conduct public meetings at least semiannually regarding the implementation of the management plan.
3. Include units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations in developing a management plan.
4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.
5. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval.
