| Additional Information on Eligibility:: | This is a notice of intent to award Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) up to $279,688 under justification 505 DM2.14 (B4). The Water Resources Development Act of 1976, Public Law 94-587 and Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, 16 U.S.C. 661-666 authorizes and directs the US Fish & Wildlife Service, Lower Snake River Compensation Plan Office (LSRCP) to work with other State and Federal agencies, Indian tribes to develop and implement a program to evaluate survival and harvest of fish release on the lower Snake River. CTUIR is uniquely qualified as they work within the LSRCP facilities in the states of Oregon and Washington. |
