| Additional Information on Eligibility:: | This is a notice of intent to award Shoshone-Bannock Tribe (SBT) up to $356,176 under justification 505 DM2.14 (B4). The Water Resources Development Act of 1976, Public Law 94-587 and Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, 16 U.S.C. 661-666 authorizes and directs the US Fish & Wildlife Service, Lower Snake River Compensation Plan Office (LSRCP) to work with other State and Federal agencies, Indian tribes to develop and implement a program to evaluate survival and harvest of fish release on the lower Snake River. SBT is uniquely qualified as they work within the LSRCP facilities in the state of Idaho. |
