Description:: | This agreement represents an opportunity to enter into a follow-on cooperative agreement for plant conservation monitoring, research, and training related to the USACE, Portland District Environmental Stewardship mission at the Willamette Valley Project. Primary duties include scientifically evaluating restoration and management methods in the endangered prairie ecosystems of the Willamette Valley.
