This USAID/Azerbaijan grant is offered to expand the participation of people with disabilities (PWDs) in USAID-funded activities. It also aims to significantly strengthen the organizational capacity of disabled people’s organizations (DPOs) within Azerbaijan. Qualified U.S. and non-U.S. entities, including private non-profit organizations, private voluntary organizations (PVOs), public international organizations (PIOs), universities, research organizations, professional associations, and relevant special interest associations, are invited to apply. For-profit companies willing to forego profits are also eligible. The application process involves a two-tier evaluation. Initially, concept papers will be assessed, forming the basis for USAID’s decision to invite selected organizations to submit full applications in the second tier.
