| Description: | USAID/Benin will award up to five cooperative agreements to local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) over a period of three years. The agreements will build on previous and current successes in integrated community-based service delivery to promote optimal health behaviors and quality services. The recipients also will embrace USAID Forward procurement reforms by enhancing local ownership through capacity building and working closely with the Ministry of Health (MOH), municipal or local authorities, and civil society.
