The Office of Food for Peace (FFP) is not requesting the submission of applications at this time. All background and programmatic information for this solicitation can be found directly within the Draft RFA and referenced attachments. 

The FY 2020 DFSA RFA for Ethiopia is currently in draft and subject to change. USAID reserves the right to adjust the number of awards, funding levels, and sources of funding.

 

In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic, USAID/FFP recognizes the related difficulties that applicants may face. As part of this review and comment process, USAID/FFP is also interested in receiving information on the challenges that may affect application preparation and suggestions for mitigating these challenges. 

 

Additionally, USAID/FFP plans to convene a virtual DFSA RFA solicitation briefing while the RFA is in the draft stage. The solicitation briefing will be open to the public and the exact date for this briefing will be communicated at a later date. 

 

Please note that no USAID/FFP officers nor field representatives should be contacted about the information contained in the draft RFA materials. As stated in the draft RFA, all comments and inquiries should be directed via email to FY20-DFSA-RFA-Ethiopia@usaid.gov.
