Description: USAID/Caucasus aims to foster a more pluralistic and higher quality exchange of ideas and to promote more active engagement of Georgian citizens in public policy discussions. It will do this through the “Improved Public Policy Discourse” request for applications (RFA) by supporting one or more competitively awarded cooperative agreements to International and/or Georgian NGOs. Projects will enhance dialogue between the government and civil society through failitating the engagement of think tanks, the media and other nongovernmental institutions in conducting issue-based analysis and sharing information and approaches with the Government of Georgia and in the public space.
